I was on Kontagious, my purbred arabian chestnut gelding, bareback. He was on the calmer side, usually. He had already calmed down to the new place, ince he was used to traveling for shows. His big English shoes clopped against the ground and we walked carelessly along to path. I was giving him a few days off due to his slight tear in a tendon from the long trailer ride here,

I heard hoofsteps behind us, so I turned around. I saw a blonde girl riding towards us. Kontagious turned his head to see the other horse, obviously interested. He was very social.
