After I put Argy away in one of the empty pastures I went to the lounge Happily. Tomorrow was the Canadian show, and I had had almost non-stop practice these last few days.
I grabbed my purple laptop case from my locker and set it next to me on the couch. I unzipped the case and tugged out my black mackbook, I opened it and went straight to Facebook and updated my status

I pressed update and sat back, went through the status updates from friends, and my likes.

I walked in ad smiled at the girl already in there, before getting my iPhone out of the locker that it was in. I had a bag of clothes (and pads), granola bars and a water bottle in it. It wasn't the biggest locker but it worked.

I smiled back at the girl.

I sat on the couch and turned my phone on. "Hey, I'm haylie." I introduced myself

I turned to her and smiled. Potential friend! "Hi, I'm Lauren."

"What do you ride?" I asked

Lauren

I didn't know how to answer her question, so I just went with: "Jumpers. I ride grand prix." I smiled.

I gave her a look. "Um. That's great." I said before texting.

"You?" I asked.

"I jump." I said before getting on Facebook.

I nodded. "Cool. Me too." I smiled and went back to my computer.

She'd just said this. "I'm riding cove, the sxhool horse."

"Cool! He's a really sweet horse, a lot of go, right?" I asked.

"No. He acts like every five year old aka spazzing."

I nodded. "Argy is like that sometimes too." I said.
